Our holiday house is set in the South Devon town of Salcombe. An idyllic location surrounded by spectacular coast and countryside, and yet convenient with good local amenities.
The house is one of the most convenient and comfortable holiday homes in Devon. It is about 5 minutes walk from the town centre, and about 20 minutes from the nearest beach. It is recently refurbished and has space for a large family or possible two families (8-10 people) to share, with parking for 2 cars. There is one ensuite-bedroom, three further bedrooms, and a family bathroom. There is also a garden flat at the property which can accommodate a further four persons. They are luxuriously fitted and equipped to be both stylish and comfortable and include TVs, DVD players, music systems, dishwashers, washer-dryers and much much more ... The beaches are sandy and safe, there are several to choose from; our favourite is South Sands which has refreshments and water sport hire adjacent to the beach and is dog free from Easter to October. The beaches also offer plenty of rock pools and seals have occasionally been seen.
We are 'Baby Friendly Boltholes Approved'
Dogs are welcome too! The area has stunning countryside and coastal walks particularly in the quieter winter season. There is a small charge of £25 per dog and we ask that owners bring their own dog baskets and ensure their pets are clean and dry before entering the property. It goes without saying that dogs should not be left unattended in the property or allowed on the beds or sofas.
Crossways is only available together with the Garden Flat - sleeping 14 in total, apart from last minute bookings when they maybe available separately.

Property: A large family house
A spacious, semi detached house, which has recently been renovated to a high standard. The house has excellent views over the town, Batson Creek and surrounding countryside. There is parking for two cars.
- Porch. Entrance hall. Sitting room; TV, DVD player, CD hi fi, archway through to kitchen/dinning room; gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, sliding glass doors to deck.
- Stairs to first floor. Bedroom 1: double bed, views. Bedroom 2: twin beds, views. Bedroom 3: zip link double bed (5ft) or 2x 2ft6 singles and folding bed. Bathroom: bath with shower over, basin, WC.
- Stairs to second floor. Bedroom 4: feature attic room, double bed with Vi-spring mattress, 2x folding beds, views. Shower room: shower cubicle, basin, WC.
- Outside: gravelled areas to front with shrub borders, outdoor furniture, large decked area to rear with outdoor furniture, BBQ, superb view.
- Parking for 2 cars.
- Gas Central heating and hot water.
- Bedding: Duvets and pillows on all beds.
- 2 Travel cots (guests to bring bedding), high chair and booster seat available.

- Bedrooms: One twin bedroom, with 2 single beds and a double bedroom with 5ft bed. Duvets and pillows on all beds. Tenants to bring own linen and towels or can hire these locally.
- Shower room: Electric shower, wc, wash-hand basin, baby bath and heated towel rail.
- Outside: Decked patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture and gas barbeque.
- Parking for a car.
