This lovely child friendly house with its useful self-contained garden flat - ideal for extended family holidays - is a real find for family groups due to its ability to sleep 12/15 people. (8/10 in the main house and 5/6 in the garden flat.) Crossways is perfect for families with young children- there's allocated parking outside and a long list of equipment including safety gear like stairgates,plug covers and useful items such as bath mats, puree makers, microwaves, lots of toys and games, dishwashers and washer dryers. All of which assist greatly in ensuring a relaxing and enjoyeable holiday with babies/toddlers in tow.
Crossways is only available together with the Garden Flat - sleeping 15 in total, apart from last minute bookings when they may be available separately.
Our holiday house is set in the South Devon town of Salcombe. An idyllic location surrounded by spectacular coast and countryside, and yet convenient with good local amenities.
Crossways is one of the best located and comfortable holiday homes in Devon. It is about 5 minutes walk from the town centre, and about 20 minutes from the nearest beach. It is recently refurbished and can accomodate 12-14 people, with parking for 3 cars. There are one ensuite double bedroom, three further double or twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom in the main house. There is also a garden flat at the property which can accommodate a further four people in a double and a twin bedroom. They are luxuriously fitted and equipped to be both stylish and comfortable and include TVs, DVD players, music systems, dishwashers, washer-dryers, free broadband and much much more ...
The beaches are sandy and safe, there are several to choose from; our favourite is South Sands which has refreshments and water sport hire adjacent to the beach and is dog free from Easter to October. The beaches also offer plenty of rock pools and seals have occasionally been seen.

A spacious, semi detached house, which has recently been renovated to a high standard. The house has excellent views over the town, Batson Creek and surrounding countryside. There is parking for two cars.
