We are open all year, with booking possible for weekends (Friday-Monday) and mid-weeks (Monday-Friday) during most of the year (except for June-August when all are available on a weekly basis only). Change-over day is Friday, but outside of high season we can be flexible (just ask).

Crossways is only available together with the Garden Flat - sleeping 14 in total, apart from last minute bookings when they maybe available separately.
Main House
Please note that our rates are fully inclusive of bedlinen and towels (beds are made up ready for your arrival!)
There are no additional charges for heating, electricity, high chairs and baby cots. We can usually provide discounts for bookings of two weeks or more.
