These special offer rates are available from 3.1.12 until 9.2.12
   
House which sleeps up to 10 @ £599 for 7 nights, 5 nights @ £525,  
4 nights @ £449 or 3 nights @ £380.  
Prices for the house are exclusive of bedlinen and towels which can be hired for £10 per person. 
Garden Flat which sleeps 5 @ £299 for 7 nights, 5 nights @ £229,  
4 nights @ £199 or 3 nights at £185.
Generally the house and the flat are only available together (apart from late availability  bookings) but we have some dates when you can rent just the flat. 
Stay at The Garden Flat ,Crossways, Salcombe (sleeps up to 5) 
Well behaved dogs are most welcome for £25 per stay.

We are open all year, with booking possible for weekends (Friday-Monday) and mid-weeks (Monday-Friday) during most of the year (except for June-August when all are available on a weekly basis only). Change-over day is Friday, but outside of high season we can be flexible (just ask).
